The Nashville Base Ball Club will leave the city this afternoon for Knoxville, where they will play the second game of three with the Holston Club of that place, Thursday, for the championship of the state. If the Nashville Club proves successful, the contest will be decided in their favor. An exciting game is anticipated. The Nashville boys will be accompanied by a large number of friends, for whose benefit the railroad will issue tickets at half rates.”
